Our role
MetaJetz acts as an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. MetaJetz arranges air transportation on behalf of clients and does not own, operate, maintain, or exercise operational control over aircraft used for charter flights.
Flight operators
Air transportation arranged through MetaJetz is performed by properly licensed third-party direct air carriers. The direct air carrier identified for a confirmed itinerary retains full operational control of the aircraft and flight, including responsibility for aircraft, crew, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Information provided before booking
Before entering a binding charter agreement, clients will receive material information applicable to the itinerary, including the identity of the direct air carrier, MetaJetz's capacity as charter broker, the aircraft and schedule then contemplated, the total price and applicable payment or cancellation terms, and other disclosures required by law.
Availability and pricing
Website content, including empty-leg examples, is informational and does not constitute an offer or confirmation of air transportation. Aircraft availability, schedule, routing, operator acceptance, and price are subject to change until confirmed in a written agreement.
Independent resources
Travelers can learn more through the U.S. Department of Transportation's air charter broker guidance and the FAA Safe Air Charter program.
